COMPETENCE CENTER ·         Holder of a Master’s degree in “Social Actors and Local Development” (MASDEL) from the University of General Lansana Conté de Sonfonia, in collaboration with the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, I hold a Master’s degree in Sociology from Gamal Abdel Nasser University of Conakry and I have acquired a long experience of more than 10 years in various fields of development. This rich, varied and diverse experience is the result of the various programs and projects carried out, positions held in structures and consultations/studies carried out. • Organizational capacity building: organizational diagnosis, capacity building, training, support in the design of legal documents and the search for approval, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects, support and monitoring of CSOs. • Management and coordination of programs and projects: planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. • Community development: carrying out community participatory diagnoses (CPD), leading the design and execution of development plans such as the Local Development Plan (PDL), the Annual Investment Plan (PAI). • Environmental Protection and Natural Resource Management (NRM): design and management of biodiversity conservation and management projects, carrying out studies. •       Business management.
